₹473.72 crore from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) on
July 31, 2026. The payment resolves contractual disputes under the Vivad Se Vishwas-III (MoRTH Contractual Disputes) One-Time
Settlement Scheme, providing significant liquidity and closing a long-standing
dispute for the infrastructure investment trust.
The receipt follows the execution of a Settlement Agreement between PSRDCL and NHAI, which the Trust previously intimated to stock exchanges on July 13, 2026. The gross settlement amount stood at ₹499.09 crore. After deducting tax at source (TDS) on the settlement amount, the net proceeds received by PSRDCL totaled ₹473.72 crore.
